What is the difference between heroes, troops, and bosses?
Heroes are the commanders you control, troops are the recruitable allies and enemy units you fight, and bosses are the three act-ending campaign encounters with unique phases and drops.
How do I unlock all characters?
Wallace starts unlocked. Other heroes unlock through campaign progress, troops join your army in specific acts, and bosses are encountered across Act 1-3.
